How Does It Work?

ToxDT uses machine learning approaches developed by DREAM Tech to predict the toxicological effects of a specific chemical under specific exposure conditions. By repeating this process across various dose levels we can simulate arbitrary toxicological studies.

What are the Advantages of ToxDT?

ToxDT is able to simulate the toxicological effects across the entire system, over 200 endpoints, while traditional QSAR models often can only predict one. ToxDT is also able to characterize the entire dose-response curve as opposed to a single point. 

What Can It Do?

ToxDT can simulate the sensitivity of each of its over 200 endpoints, identifying which ones are most likely to show a statistically significant trend. ToxDT can also estimate toxicity values for each of its endpoints. ToxDT is also capable of helping refine your toxicological study design before the study begins.
